SHIPPING & RETURNS
We operate a 30-day return policy across our products, meaning that you have 30 days since placing an order to request a return for the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in, in its original packaging and unused, also providing proof of purchase.
To request a return and start the process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. If an item is sent back to us without first requesting a return then the return will not be accepted.
Any return or exchange requests can be made to email@example.com if there are any queries or issues with the products.
Once receiving an order inspect the products and contact us immediately if you find any defective or damaged products or if your order is incorrect, allowing us to then rectify this issue with you and get it resolved.
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned, these include all hemp tea and related products (such as pre-rolls), custom products and orders (gift bundles or personalised orders).
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items if there is a product fault the item can be exchanged.
Please contact us about completing a return and specify you would like to exchange the product, once we have confirmation of return we can get another item sent out to you. Alternatively, a quicker method is to complete a return and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, then inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind the time it can take for your bank or card provider company to process and post the refund.
